Referral credits are applied as a discount toward future on-site services and hold no cash value. The credit amount cannot exceed the total cost of the service visit. To qualify, the person or business you refer must mention your name at the time of booking. Credits are issued once the referred party’s service and payment are finalized. Membership is billed monthly and requires a signed service agreement. Approved shops only. Unused monthly benefits do not roll over. Membership does not include hourly diagnostic labor, programming fees, parts, repair labor, or unlimited support. On-site diagnostic testing is billed at the applicable hourly rate after the Initial Service Visit allowance. Daily Dedicated Support includes up to 8 continuous hours on-site (inclusive of a 30-minute mid-day meal break). Daily booking is subject to availability and focuses entirely on diagnostics, scanning, and troubleshooting within the allotted time; specific vehicle output volume is not guaranteed due to varying complexities of automotive electrical and network faults.
